Igalamela/Odolu Council Chairman Lauds Governor Ododo’s Remarkable Impact Within One Year In Office
The Executive Chairman of Igalamela/Odolu Local Government, Hon. (Barr.) Cosmas Ilemona Atabor has extended felicitations on behalf of himself, his cabinet, and the good people of Igalamela/Odolu Local Government Area, to His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on the occasion of his one year anniversary.
Hon. (Barr.) Atabor commended the remarkable developmental strides of the government within just 1year.
He described Governor Ododo as a divine blessing to Kogi State, highlighting that his humility and servant leadership have strengthened democracy, provided rapid development, and fostered peaceful coexistence across the state.
The Chairman praised the Governor’s dedication to serving all parts of the state without prejudice, noting that Governor Ododo’s inclusive approach has played a crucial role in uniting the diversity of the state and sustaining peace.
The Chairman also lauded Governor Ododo’s commitment to improving staff welfare, particularly, through prompt salary payment and implementation of the new minimum wage and the suspension of the Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE) which has provided financial relief to parents.
Hon. (Barr.) Atabor acknowledged the Governor’s impact in various sectors, including Infrastructure, Healthcare Services, Education, Transportation, Agriculture, and security, amongst others which have all witnessed substantial attention under his administration.
He urged all supporters of democracy and good governance to continue to support Governor Ododo and his Deputy with prayers for good health, divine wisdom, and guidance.
Hon. (Barr) Atabor who expressed confidence in the Governor’s ability to lead Kogi State to greater heights, expressed optimism about the future, wishing Governor Ododo and his Deputy success in office.
